ArOmis nebulizers are very robust and designed to be used for many years. Part of that usibility includes the ability to replace the internal pump when it reaches the end of its lifespan. Replacing the pump can be done in two ways. The wood base can be sent to us to repalce for you or you can go the DIY route, save some time and money and do it your self. See the video below for a detailed method of replacing the pump on an ArOmis nebulizing diffuser.
IF you opt to have arOmis install the motor for you please email us at support@aromis.co including your shipping address, and contact information and we will arrange a first class shipping label for you. Please find a paded envelope, ( the kind used by amazon is perfect) and package up just the wood base. Please inlude a note in the box with your contact information and mailing address as well as the order ID from this transaction.
If you wish to use faster shipping like UPS, you can do that as well but you will need to cover that expesne yourself. Our address is below:

Replacement motor
Regrettably, replacing the motor, was not the problem. The diffuser is still not putting out air. I was very hopeful that this would correct the problem.

I bought this to replace the motor of a unit that I bought in 2014. Yep, 8 years of service. A workhorse indeed. I love it that ArOmis provides parts like these. It is the defining quality of a company who cares not only about the customer, but also the environment.

New pump
My old motor broke was not pumping much air at all. New motor works really great. Diffuser is back to normal.

Simple
I had a fantastic experience with customer service. The motor arrived in a few days. It took less than 10 minutes to install. Diffuser now works as well as it did the first day we got it. Diffuser is 3 years old, This is the 1st time we've had to do any maintenance to it. Very happy.
